Come On brothers and sisters, let's promote TRUTH, on facebook wall, groups, pages, twitter

Asalam o alaykum wr wb brother & sisters. Today i would like to share with you all a very important message which i shared with my university fellows before graduating. And this message was loved by everyone. I was searching something and all of a sudden i found this and it brought back some cool memories. So i want to share. Its a bit long but it was from heart. I know in what condition i wrote it.

Dil se jo baat nikalti hai asar rakhti hai..
Par nahi taqat e parwaz magar rakhti hai..
(Allama Iqbal)

Asalam o Alaikum

As we all know that the end is near and it is time for all of us to start a new phase of life. The purpose of writing this testimonial dedicated to all of batch16 is not to gain cheap fame/attention seeking or to impose any sort of extreme lessons on anyone. But its just a sincere approach to convey from the inner core of my heart what I know.

As we all have spent 4 years in this university and finally our aims and achievements have been fulfilled. And majority of us would think that purpose of our lives has been achieved. But allow me to remind us all what Quran defines the purpose of this life. I will just quote one ayah from the Holy Quran-which is a book I am sure has been on top of our shelves in dust for four years and we never cared to understand what’s in it.

Allah says:
"And they said: "There is no (other life) but our (present) life of this world, and never shall we be resurrected (on the Day of Resurrection)."
If you (O Muhammad S.A.W) could but see when they will be held in front of their Lord! He will say: "Is not this the truth?" They will say: "Yes, by our Lord! (it is the truth)."
(Surah Anaam Chapter 6 Verse 29-30)

I ask you my dear brothers, sit back for some time, relax your mind, forget everything for some moment, and think..Do we really believe from our hearts that there is going to be another life which is the real life? Don't we consider life of this world as the only life? Ask yourself this question honestly..Is the following ayah of Quran true?
"And this life of the world is only amusement and play! Verily, the home of the Hereafter, that is the life indeed, if they (human beings) but knew!"
(Surah Ankabuut Chapter 29 Verse 64)

My Dear brothers think what we have achieved in our four year life span in GIKI? Look back and set apart the worldly achievements and think what are our achievements that when on the Day of Judgment our Lord Allah Almighty will call us to account and we will stand before him alone and He will ask us: "O my slave. Tell me how you spent your youth?" (Sahih Tirmidhi Hadith)

What answer we have for this question? We did a lot of party with our friends? We said we will soon come to the right path when we get old?
By Allah my dear brothers we will not be able to answer this question.

Just think what are our goals? What are our priorities? Have we kept Allah only to have our prayers fulfilled? That if Allah gives us a very good job after graduation then Allah has fulfilled our rights?

If this education and place has taught us how to lie, how to transform into a political monster, how to leave Friday prayers on the compensation of study, how to be cool among friends by watching all sorts of filth available on LAN, how to be doubtful about religion, how to forget the Akhirah, tell me by Allah what is this education worth? Eating, sleeping, studying, partying...Tell me by Allah what is this life worth? Is this the life of an Alive heart or a dead heart? An animal or a human? A deceived soul or an intelligent one?

Enough is one verse and warning of Allah Almighty for such a lifestyle.
"But whosoever turns away from My Reminder (i.e. neither believes in this Qur'ân nor acts on its orders, etc.) verily, for him is a life of hardship, and We shall raise him up blind on the Day of Resurrection. He will say:"O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before). (Allâh) will say: "Like this, Our lessons came unto you, but you disregarded them (i.e. you left them, did not think deeply in them), and so this Day, you will be neglected."
(Surah Taha Chapter 20 Verse 124-126)

Now that we are going to start a new life. And we are going to enter into professional life. My sincere request to everyone is please know how to differentiate between a GOAL and NECESSITY. This education, job, making money is just a NECESSITY, so please consider it as a necessity.

Take care of Halal and Haram and take out time to ponder and think daily for some time that what is the reality of this deceptive world and what should we be preparing for.

I sincerely ask apology to everyone in advance if they didn’t like whatever I said in this and if they think I tried to hit anyone or I am anti-education or anti-fun or anti-something.
Please don’t misunderstand the message of this and take only the good from it.

Thank You..

Your Brother in Islam
